Excludes hotel accommodation
Delegates that are registered as full delegate (fee including hotel accommodation) has automatically booked rooms in the hotel. Delegates that will stay two days, should pay 310 euros fee, and if stay only one day conference fee is 230 euros. If You do not stay 3 days, and also for all hotel services available, but not listed above (not included in conference fee) please contact conference secretariat:

Passport/Visa
Delegates from countries outside of Serbia will need a valid passport to travel to Serbia . The entry formalities for Serbia vary according to the country of origin. Congress delegates are asked to address enquiries about entry and vaccination requirements to the travel agent or to the local Serbian consulate in the home country.
Letter of Invitation
The congress organization will be pleased to send a formal letter of invitation to delegates requesting an invitation letter for visa purposes. It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates to raise funds or to obtain a visa. This does not imply a commitment from the congress to provide any financial support. Letters of invitation may be requested from the congress office no later than 15 September 2011. The letters will be sent as e-mail attachments. In case an express delivery is needed, the delegate shall order a courier at his / her own expense.
Insurance
The congress fee does not include insurance. All participants should arrange for their own insurance. Health and accident insurance is recommended and has to be purchased in your country of origin.
